As Director, Construction, you will guide Project Managers delivering new-build and redeveloped long-term care homes. You will establish governance, oversee budgets, and represent Extendicare with consultants, contractors, authorities, and development partners. The program spans pre-construction through occupancy and closeout, with anticipated provincial expansion.
