The Occupational

Therapist contributes leadership throughout care planning and delivery while respecting confidentiality and cultural diversity. The position collaborates with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies.

Responsibilities span community, facility, acute care, personal care home, and home care environments.

- Develop and organize occupational therapy care plans
- Implement care aligned with qualified standards
- Prioritize changing client needs and service demands
- Use independent judgment in occupational therapy practice




- Promote confidentiality and culturally respectful care Requirements:
- Approved Occupational Therapy university program graduation
- Current Manitoba licensure and association membership
- Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License and personal vehicle
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs and information technology
- Ability to work collaboratively and regularly perform duties Deliver organized, culturally respectful occupational therapy care using leadership, collaboration, and independent judgment in Dauphin.
