About this role:

- Provides compassionate, specialized care for patients and families dealing with a “life-altering” complex condition. It may include bowel management, wound care, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, g-tube care, and cough assist.
- The population of focus (Adults)
- Day shifts (8AM-1PM)

Requirements:

- CNO registration in good standing
- Recent experience with bowel management, wound care, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, g-tube care, and cough assist. Training will also be available.
- Recent experience in home care, chronic care or rehab setting, working with continuous complex care patients will be an asset
