Deliver community nursing care as a Registered Nurse with Carefor in Ottawa, using assessment, care planning, and evidence-informed practice. This is a part time permanent 0.7 FTE position at the Ottawa Belfast Clinic.

The Registered

Nurse provides cost-effective, client-centered care to individuals and families in the community. You will develop and revise care plans, perform technical nursing skills, provide health teaching, and document care clearly. The position also includes teaching and delegating tasks to different levels of workers.
