Tristar Concrete Inc. is seeking experienced Concrete Forming Carpenters to join our team for an active construction project in Fort Nelson, BC.

We are looking for skilled, dependable tradespeople who take pride in their craftsmanship, work well as part of a crew, and are committed to completing projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a full-time, temporary position for the duration of our Fort Nelson project, offering an opportunity to work with an experienced team on a challenging and rewarding construction project.

Key Responsibilities

- Construct, install, align, brace, and dismantle concrete formwork.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble forming materials accurately.
- Build formwork for foundations, footings, walls, slabs, and other structural concrete components.
- Ensure formwork is properly secured, level, and aligned before concrete placement.
- Assist with concrete pours and other related construction activities as required.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to maintain project schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous concrete forming carpentry experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming techniques and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.




- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Carpentry apprenticeship or Red Seal certification is an asset but not required.
