As Plant

Superintendent, you will supervise a concrete batch plant, concrete mixer drivers, and plant maintenance. The work focuses on quality product, productive scheduling, customer service, and operational performance. You will also coordinate inventory, payroll accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise drivers and strengthen employee morale
- Oversee accurate batching meeting customer requirements
- Schedule deliveries and optimize fleet utilization
- Plan maintenance and maximize plant uptime
- Track safety, service, and volume KPIs Requirements:
