As Conference Specialist, you will plan, coordinate, and execute commercial and organizational events. The work supports Jubilant products and services, corporate visibility, and business objectives. You will manage complex logistics, event budgets, vendors, and internal relationships across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop global Industry Engagement strategy with Marketing

Lead conference planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

Coordinate multiple events across locations and markets

Manage tradeshow budgets across all brands

Prepare post-event reports with actionable recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in event management, business, or marketing

Minimum five years' conference or event administration experience

Advanced project management and organizational skills

Solid negotiation and vendor management capabilities

Proficiency with Cvent, Bizzabo, Salesforce, or Asana
