Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labourers, and project teams to maintain workflow.
- Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and construction estimates.
- Conduct quality control inspections and address site issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and material records.
- Communicate project updates with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Use construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with construction management software.
- Knowledge of budgeting, estimating, and cost monitoring.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
