Duties

- Support paving and other construction tasks by following instructions and coordinating with the crew.
- Operate heavy equipment when assigned and appropriate to the work, while keeping the surrounding area organized.

Required: Practical ability to follow directions, work collaboratively, handle materials, and support construction and paving duties with care. Clear communication and attention to site conditions help you coordinate tasks and contribute to an orderly work area. Preferred: Construction experience, heavy equipment operation, and familiarity with paving are valuable strengths that can help you contribute confidently to wide-ranging site activities and support the crew’s day-to-day work.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
