As MNTD’s commercially minded brand leader, you will connect revenue, margin, marketing investment, customer acquisition, and retention. You will create annual and quarterly plans, track performance metrics, improve digital conversion, and use retail as a growth channel. The role requires solid judgment and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue, gross margin, marketing investment, and profitability levers

Build annual and quarterly commercial plans

Track conversion, AOV, CAC, LTV, retention, and margin

Partner on forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and promotions

Balance brand investment, acquisition, retail growth, and revenue

Requirements

Eight-plus years in consumer brand or general management environments

Strong commercial instincts and P&L; experience

Experience driving brand awareness and business results

Strong eCommerce and digital conversion understanding

Comfort using data alongside brand judgment

Use commercial planning, P&L; ownership, and omnichannel growth expertise to build MNTD’s business and market presence.
