WebNeuro, a Calgary digital agency, is putting together a proposal team for HR content development projects for a national agriculture-sector organization's online HR toolkit, and we're looking for an HR subject-matter expert to join as a named sub-consultant.
What you'll do
- Review and update HR toolkit content for farm and agri-business employers
- Shape the content and logic of an HR handbook generator tool
- Work with our writers and web team, who handle plain-language writing, structure and delivery
Must have:
- Based in Alberta
- 5+ years in HR management, including building HR tools, policies, resources or training
- Hands-on experience with Canadian agriculture or agri-food employers
- 3 references from HR projects for agriculture,
agri-food or rural employers where you built HR tools, policies, handbooks or training content (name, contact, phone, email, project description and dates)
- Professional liability (errors & omissions) insurance, or willingness to obtain it
- CPHR or CHRP designation is a strong asset
Details: Contract, part time, remote. Work would start in early 2027 if the bids are won. Proposals are due Nov 30, so we're confirming the team by Nov 20.
