As a Mechanical Prototyping Specialist, you will support cross-functional technology-development projects within the Technology Development team. The work combines mechanical design, hands-on building, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation. You will help evaluate and integrate UVC LEDs and related technologies into water-disinfection systems.

Key Responsibilities

Translate technical requirements into mechanical concepts, designs, and prototypesCreate CAD models, engineering drawings, specifications, and proceduresBuild, assemble, test, troubleshoot,



and refine prototype hardwareExecute technology evaluations and analyze performance-test resultsCollaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary team membersRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or relevant technical disciplineAt least three years of relevant experienceProficiency with SolidWorks and three-dimensional CAD modelingExperience designing, building, testing, and refining prototypesKnowledge of additive manufacturing, machining, fabrication, and mechanical assemblyApply mechanical design, SolidWorks, prototype testing, and technical documentation skills to advance Trojan Technologies water-disinfection systems.
