Direct geotechnical field observation andtesting programs.
Make decisions on significant design andengineering procedures and function as a technical specialist.
Coordinate with team membersManage geotechnical and geological analysis,manage staff, budgets, and supporting sub consultant, conduct research, performpreliminary geological reconnaissance, geotechnical and geological studies,review testing results,
and develop design recommendations.
Prepare documents detailing analysis andrecommendations.
Critically review testing results, designrecommendations, and documents detailing the studies/projects conducted.
A degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological engineeringOntario licensed P.
Client relationship management and robust leadership skillsComfortable interacting with the public, clients, contractors, and co-workersDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision10+ years of prior consulting experience #
