This Principal Power System Engineer works within Envision Energy’s Grid Technology Centre of Excellence. You will lead static and energetic studies for wind farms, BESS, and hybrid projects, while assessing products and electrical models against connection requirements. The scope includes Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Manage complex in-house grid connection studiesAnalyze Steady State, RMS, EMT, and Small signal performanceExecute reliable integration strategies for WTG, BESS, and HydrogenSteer evolving grid connection standards and technologiesAddress technical challenges across on-grid and off-grid projectsRequirements:
Master's degree in electrical power engineeringSeven or more years in renewable grid connection engineeringComprehensive static and dynamic study experienceKnowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBring power system analysis, study leadership, and renewable integration knowledge to Envision Energy’s evolving product portfolio.
