As an Electrical and Control Designer/Engineer, you'll be at the heart of innovative and stimulating technological projects focused on the development of automated and digital solutions.
For qualified candidates who live elsewhere, a fly-in/fly-out work arrangement may be considered.
Design and Technical Documentation Design electrical power distribution and motor control systems.
Develop automation solutions tailored to client needs and project constraints.
Prepare electrical drawings, control schematics, specifications, data sheets, and other technical documentation.
Select electrical and control components based on project requirements.
Contribute to service proposals and engineering effort estimates.




Conduct site surveys and visit client facilities as required.
Installation and Commissioning (Occasionally) Support the installation of electrical, control, and automation equipment at client sites.
Supervise and coordinate installation work.
Participate in FAT/SAT and system commissioning.
Provide technical support during equipment startup and operation to ensure a smooth handover.10+ years of experience in electrical and control design.
Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code.
Experience in the heavy industries, mining and/or port sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (asset).
Ability to estimate engineering effort and contribute to proposal preparation.
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
