AMHSA seeks a contract Project Manager for conventional delivery, technology initiatives, and deployment recovery. The role manages cross-functional work through requirements, vendors, testing, training, cutover, and adoption. It also supports grant-funded milestones, reporting deadlines, and matrix leadership across accountable senior leadership members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and changes

Coordinate software requirements, vendors, testing, training, and go-live

Lead API, ETL, data pipeline, and validation workstreams

Track grant-funded milestones, deliverables,



schedules, and reporting inputs

Recover delayed deployments through diagnosis, governance, and accountability

Requirements

Five-plus years managing cross-functional projects

Software or SaaS implementation experience

Data integration experience with technical teams and vendors

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project software

Solid facilitation, communication, and executive-ready reporting skills
