This Manager, Hardware and Production Engineering role leads products from engineering into dependable, repeatable production. You will manage a small engineering team while owning production engineering activities. Your work supports pilot builds, manufacturing release, testing, materials, and scale.

Own NPI, pilot builds, production readiness, and manufacturing releaseDevelop and validate production test jigs and fixturesControl bills of materials, drawings, schematics, and work instructionsCoordinate suppliers and Supply Chain on material readinessInvestigate production issues, identify causes,
and implement correctionsRequirements:
Experience moving physical products from development into manufacturingExperience with production testing, fixtures, and manufacturing documentationPractical BOM, engineering change, and document control knowledgeSupplier and supply chain experience supporting sourcing and materialsSystematic problem-solving and sound electrical-mechanical judgmentApply production engineering leadership, NPI expertise, documentation control, and test development to EXACT hardware manufacturing.
