Our audience is one of the most underserved, and most overlooked, in digital marketing. We are now entering our next phase of hypergrowth, and we need a technical leader to build what comes next. We’re hiring our Head of Digital Marketing to own paid acquisition end to end: strategy, creative, launch, optimization, and reporting. You’ll plan, build, launch, and scale campaigns, deciding where every dollar goes and defending those calls with data. An AI-powered creative engine. You’ll use AI tools to generate, version, and test ad creative and copy at volume, and you’ll build a system that keeps every asset organized and findable so the library becomes a compounding advantage.



You’ll run a steady pipeline of experiments on audiences, hooks, offers, and pages, document what works, and kill what doesn’t quickly. Algorithms, ad policies, and tools change monthly. You’ll know before your competitors do and adjust before performance slips. You live in the data: attribution, cohorts, funnel conversion rates, and the story behind a spreadsheet. You already use AI tools daily for creative, copy, analysis, or automation, and you’re always trying new ones. Bonus points Experience marketing in healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated category, including HIPAA-secure tracking and health ad policies on Meta and Google Experience reaching older adults or their adult children Comfort with landing-page builders, WordPress, HubSpot or similar CRMs, GHL, and analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio Your work gets older adults to mental health care they’d otherwise go without, and you’ll see the impact in patients booked.
