As an Events Communications Specialist, you will support corporate events, conferences, and employee engagement initiatives. Your work combines communications planning, content development, event logistics, and stakeholder collaboration to support organizational objectives. You will also contribute to community investment activities and post-event evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute corporate events from concept through evaluation

Develop event communication and engagement strategies

Create invitations, presentations, web content, and speaking notes

Coordinate registration, venues, vendors, budgets, and onsite execution





Support conferences, recognition programs, and community events

Requirements

Postsecondary education in communications, marketing, or event management

Five to seven years of progressive communications experience

Solid writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills

Corporate event, conference, or engagement initiative experience

Microsoft Office proficiency; SharePoint experience is an asset
