Own PolicyMe’s CRM systems remotely across Canada, shaping HubSpot workflows, data governance, and integrations for Home & Auto insurance. Establish scalable operating standards.

This Revenue Operations Manager role combines systems ownership with practical business partnership. You will build CRM architecture, administer access, monitor system health, and improve data flows across a new line of business. You will also support reporting, planning, forecasting, and lifecycle processes with multiple functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain CRM architecture, naming conventions, fields, stages, and associations

Manage access, provisioning, permissions, governance, and system health

Investigate issues and coordinate fixes with vendors and technical partners

Improve workflows, automation, customer handoffs,



and journey processes

Create system guides, process documentation, and training materials

Requirements

Five or more years in CRM administration or business systems

Robust hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience

Experience gathering requirements, testing changes, releases, and documentation

Strong troubleshooting across systems, data, and business processes

Exceptional attention to detail and high data-quality standards
