Tasks

- You will set the technical direction and architecture for the product, making high-leverage decisions from the first production release through scale.

- You will remain hands-on in building and shipping the core technology while establishing engineering standards, infrastructure, and product quality.

- You will recruit, lead, and develop the engineering team, aligning the technology roadmap with customer needs and company strategy.
