The Senior Project Manager oversees demolition and construction work from award through closeout. You will manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, resources, contracts, and client relationships. Close coordination with Superintendents, Engineering, Health & Safety, Estimating, and Project Coordination supports secure, efficient execution.

8+ years in demolition or heavy civil constructionSignificant project management experience with demolition strongly preferredEducation in construction, engineering, project management, or related disciplineExperience managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitabilityComfort working independently in field-based, site-driven environmentsBring demolition expertise, commercial awareness, and decisive project leadership to complex Calgary construction projects from award through closeout.
