Lead project controls across Stantec’s Energy & Resources markets, applying planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting expertise. This full time position requires regular office presence in North America.
As Project Controls Supervisor, you will lead teams supporting renewables, power delivery, oil and gas, mining, and other markets. You will guide project controls strategy, standardize procedures, and align resources across offices and geographies. The role supports accurate performance insights for project managers, technical teams, clients, and leadership.

Minimum 10+ years of project controls experienceAt least 2–3 years in a supervisory roleExperience in engineering management, EPC, or EPCM environmentsStrong organizational, analytical, communication, and task management skillsExcellent computer skills, including Primavera, MS Office, or MS ProjectBring project controls leadership, technical proficiency, and collaborative communication to Stantec’s Energy & Resources delivery teams.
