Job Overview

As a Curly Hairstylist, you’ll help clients care for and style their curls through attentive service and personalized recommendations. You’ll contribute to a welcoming salon experience, support smooth daily operations, and help clients feel confident with styles suited to their preferences.

Responsibilities

- Consult with clients about their curl goals, provide hair styling services, and communicate care and maintenance guidance clearly.
- Maintain clean tools and work areas, following consistent sanitation practices throughout appointments.
- Recommend relevant products and services, using thoughtful upselling and retail sales to support clients’ hair-care needs.
- Assist with front desk tasks, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and sharing updates with colleagues.
- Your impact: Clear recommendations help clients maintain their styles and enable colleagues to provide consistent service.

Qualifications Required:



Strong communication and customer service skills, careful sanitation habits, and the ability to provide attentive hair styling and support salon operations. Preferred: Experience serving clients with curly hair, recommending products through retail sales or upselling, and assisting with front desk duties; a welcoming, team-oriented approach is an added strength.

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
