Address pre-occupancy and post-possession homeowner concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure superior homeowner satisfaction and fostering long-term customer loyalty. Other duties as required to support organizational objectives.

Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Administration or a Construction-related field. Prior relevant experience in the construction industry, with familiarity with the Tarion Warranty program considered an asset. Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

Bilingualism is considered an asset. Ability to travel to construction sites when required.
