Scotiabank is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our Somerset & Bronson branches in Ottawa, ON. You will help customers navigate everyday banking, promote digital self-service options, and contribute to branch targets with a customer‐first mindset.

You will build relationships, respond to inquiries, explain banking concepts clearly, and support a team-oriented, high‐performing team in a role that blends service excellence with light sales. Prior customer service experience preferred.
