About AMBZ Property Service Inc.

AMBZ Property Service Inc. is a growing property management and property services company based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

We provide a wide range of services, including property management, rental management, home maintenance, repairs, renovations, and cleaning services. We are developing an integrated technology platform to support our property management and property service operations, including our Property Management System (PMS) and AMBZ Home app.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to help us expand our customer base, promote our services, and introduce more homeowners and landlords to the AMBZ Home platform.

Job Responsibilities

1. Door-to-Door & Phone Sales

- Conduct door-to-door sales to introduce AMBZ services to homeowners, landlords, and potential customers.
- Make outbound sales calls to generate leads, introduce services, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable AMBZ services.
- Arrange appointments and follow up with potential customers to convert leads into clients.

1. AMBZ Home App & System Promotion

- Introduce and promote the AMBZ Home mobile app to homeowners, landlords, tenants, and potential customers.
- Demonstrate app features and explain how customers can conveniently request services, manage property-related needs, and access available services.
- Assist potential customers with app registration, onboarding, and basic usage.




- Collect customer feedback and suggestions regarding the app and system.
- Communicate customer questions, technical issues, and feature requests to the relevant internal teams.
- Support customer engagement and promote continued use of the AMBZ digital platform.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales, outbound phone calls, and face-to-face customer interactions.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development is an asset.
- English communication skills are required.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are an asset.
