As Senior Operations Advisor, you will support projects from concept development through execution, commissioning, start-up, and closeout. Apply a Ready for Operations mindset while coordinating Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and stakeholder deliverables. The role supports continued growth of the Firebag asset.

Develop and steward Ready for Operations plans through project stagesPlan Operations, Maintenance, and Reliability deliverablesInterface with Firebag, EPCs, stakeholders, and subject matter expertsCoordinate procedures and training plans with commissioning teamsManage scope, risks, costs,



quality, safety, and schedulesRequirements:
Engineering certificate, trade certification, or relevant degreeMinimum seven years of progressive SAGD plant operations experienceExperience supporting RFO, commissioning, start-up, or project phasesUnderstanding of asset lifecycle and operational integration principlesTechnical interpretation, communication, and cross-functional leadership abilitiesBring SAGD operations, project readiness, and stakeholder engagement expertise to advancing Firebag growth projects for Suncor.
