The company is seeking an experienced systems engineer for its in-house OLAP engine, Nova. You will work across query planning, columnar storage, distributed compute, caching, and cloud infrastructure. The role includes technical leadership, design reviews, cross-team collaboration, and mentorship for a team of approximately 10 engineers.

Seven or more years in backend or infrastructure engineeringExperience building analytical or OLAP systemsDistributed data systems depth and strong computer science fundamentalsCloud infrastructure experience with AWS, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, or equivalentsProficiency in Java, C++, or PythonApply distributed systems expertise, OLAP experience, and technical leadership to improve Nova’s performance, cost, and operational reliability.
