As a Senior Technology Designer, you will guide assignments from requirements through construction completion. Your work covers communications, electronic security, healthcare technology, and smart buildings. You will coordinate disciplines, communicate recommendations, control quality, support construction administration, and mentor designers while strengthening technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technology design projects through construction completionDevelop architectures, layouts, schedules, diagrams, and specificationsCoordinate systems with architectural and engineering stakeholdersReview submittals,



respond to RFIs, and perform site reviewsMentor designers and contribute to technical standardsRequirements:
Minimum six years designing building technology systemsAt least two years of Revit experienceExperience delivering Division 27 or Division 28 documentsProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of applicable codes and technology standardsBring senior technical leadership, Revit expertise, and coordinated design judgment to Introba’s building technology practice.
