As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key projects, ensuring your team produces high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions. You will work closely with partner banks, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and timely platform integrations. You will manage client-facing expectations, navigate shifting bank requirements, and ensure the team meets revenue-impacting integration deadlines.

As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key projects, ensuring your team produces high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions. You will work closely with partner banks, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and timely platform integrations. You will manage client-facing expectations, navigate shifting bank requirements,



and ensure the team meets revenue-impacting integration deadlines.
A relevant Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total industry experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 4–8 engineers.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and owning product or platform features.
Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
A growth mindset with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.
Previous experience in FinTech, payments, or with accounting/ERP systems is a strong asset.
