lululemon is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the lower-funnel experiences team. You will establish engineering standards, patterns, and best practices while balancing hands-on coding with advisory responsibilities across multiple teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive multi-team initiatives, and collaborate with enterprise architects on scalable web apps using React, JavaScript, Node.Js, Next.Js, GraphQL, AWS, and Kubernetes. The role may require on-call work beyond business hours.
