Every day in the field of equine veterinary medicine is unique, but our mission remains constant - to deliver exceptional care to horses and outstanding service to their owners.

We’re looking for a new Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Schomberg team!

In This Role, You Will:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate veterinary visits
- Greet clients and process invoices at our front desk
- Anticipate challenges and help solve problems proactively
- Support clinic operations with various administrative tasks

What You Bring:
- Prior customer service experience and strong computer skills
- Equine or horse industry experience is an asset, but not required

The Details:
- Full-Time Maternity Leave Contract | 18 Months, with Opportunity for Extension
- Not suitable for high school or university students due to scheduling and training requirements
