We are seeking motivated, personable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact directly with prospective and existing customers, introduce telecommunications products and services, answer questions, and help customers identify solutions that fit their needs. You will contribute to customer acquisition and engagement initiatives while representing products and services in a qualified and approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment and are interested in developing their communication, customer service, and sales skills. Candidates should be motivated, approachable, and comfortable learning about telecommunications products and services. Previous industry experience is not required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
