Customer Service Representative – Full time Seasonal The Light Elves | Calgary, AB

Start immediately | Position runs until mid-December40+ hours per week The Light Elves is looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Customer Service Representative to help keep our busy Christmas light installation season running smoothly.

If you have excellent phone skills, experience using Jobber and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, estimates, bookings and scheduling updates.
- Use Jobber to maintain customer records, update jobs and manage client communications.
- Coordinate with installation crews and communicate schedule changes to customers.
- Follow up on estimates and outstanding customer requests.
- Keep information accurate and organized while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements




- Currently live in Calgary.
- Be familiar with Jobber software.
- Be available to start immediately and work until mid-December.
- Be available for at least 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours during our peak season.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Have excellent phone skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
