Customer Service & Sales Representative – White Rose Floral Wholesale

White Rose is a growing floral wholesale business, open 7 days a week. We're hiring 2 Customer Service & Sales Representatives to be the friendly, reliable voice of our company. You'll handle every customer channel — email, chat, WhatsApp and phone — turn inquiries into sales, and make sure no order is ever lost.

What you'll do

- Own every customer channel — answer emails, chats, WhatsApp messages and calls promptly and professionally. No message goes unanswered.
- Sell and grow customer relationships — take orders, suggest add-ons and seasonal products, and follow up with regular customers. Sales and customer satisfaction are your top priorities.
- Save the sale with substitutions — when a product is unavailable, offer the customer a suitable alternative so we never lose an order.
- Check availability in the cooler — your desk is next to the cooler, and you'll check it throughout the day to confirm what's in stock before promising it to customers.
- Enter orders accurately — record every customer order so orders are prepared and delivered on time.
- Follow through — confirm orders, keep customers updated on changes or delays, and work with the counter and warehouse team so every order goes out right.

What we're looking for





- Excellent customer service skills — warm, patient and professional, in writing and on the phone
- A natural salesperson who is comfortable suggesting products and alternatives
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — orders must be complete and accurate
- Comfortable juggling several conversations and channels at once
- Good with computers: email, WhatsApp Business, chat tools and Excel
- Customer service or sales experience in wholesale flowers is an asset
- Strong written and spoken English

Work environment Your desk is located near our flower cooler, and you'll go into the cooler (around 4 degrees) several times a day to check stock.

Schedule and pay

- Positions: 2
- Full-time available
- Must be available some weekends and busier holiday periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.)
- Pay: $19 per hour or negotiable for solid candidates.
- Health and benefits become available with promotion
- Location: 140 Amber St, unit 9, Markham, Ontario. L3R3J8.
