Lead Ontario construction sites with Buttcon as a Site Superintendent, applying scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination expertise daily. Travel to project sites is anticipated.
Reporting to the Director, Field, this Site Superintendent oversees construction activities across institutional, commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential projects. You will coordinate teams, maintain schedules, manage costs, and uphold quality, regulatory, and safety requirements. Up-to-date technologies support Buttcon’s construction practices.

Minimum five years’ ICI construction experienceStrong construction processes, techniques, and terminology knowledgeOntario occupational health and safety legislation knowledgeBlueprint, drawing, and project plan interpretation abilityConstruction software and Microsoft Project proficiencyBring construction leadership, schedule control, safety knowledge, and blueprint reading skills to Buttcon’s Ontario project sites.
