Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will supervise hourly employees and maintain best manufacturing practices in this non-union facility. The role covers material handling, cost performance, production scheduling, and continuous improvement. You will support safety, quality, and employee development across assigned shifts.

BS degree in engineering, business, sciences, or equivalent experienceThree to five years of experience, preferably manufacturingPaper-making industry experience is preferredComfort using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERPWillingness to work 12-hour continental rotating shiftsApply manufacturing leadership, safety coordination, and continuous improvement expertise as Sonoco’s Brantford Shift Supervisor.
