This position is available at either our Laval or Montreal (Downtown) office. What You’ll Do:Answer incoming phone calls while providing outstanding customer service.
Serve as the first point of telephone contact for our customers as part of our Answer customers’ questions and make adjustments to their accounts.




Promote self-service by assisting and guiding customers through the various tools available online or through the mobile app.
Send documents or copies of policies to customers.
Address various customer needs, including answering general inquiries, processing re-enrollments following a cancellation, and resolving customer issues. Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and applications on Apple and Android Experience in a call-centre environment is an asset.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and other applications.
Bilingualism in French and English — requires answering calls and providing service to English-speaking customers on a regular basis.
