As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a team member who bring initiative, adaptability, and a robust work ethic. We are currently seeking a Cutting Operator to join our Production team at 560 Marjorie Street, Winnipeg, MB.

What You'll do

- Operate the laser cutter efficiently, safely, and in accordance with production instructions
- Hand‑cut fabric when required, including during machine downtime or for special orders
- Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accuracy when cutting to ensure consistency across all products
- Organize, label, and sort cut orders into appropriate bins for sewing and next‑stage processing
- Communicate with Printer Operators regarding reprints or material concerns
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly to the Production Manager




- Perform routine machine checks and assist with basic maintenance or cleaning
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed
- Follow all company policies, including safety and quality protocols
- Demonstrate a proactive, team‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processes

Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational needs

What You'll Bring:
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced production environment
- Ability to safely lift rolls weighing up to 70 lbs
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfort working with production equipment (laser cutter experience is an asset)
- Reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
