Your Earning Potential Our drivers are paid based on the type of work they perform: $27/hour for local and mainland Nova Scotia work Mileage pay for regional and long-haul trips Additional pay for stops on mileage trips Additional pay for qualifying assignments, including layovers, ferries, tarping, oversized loads and B-trains Bonuses available throughout the year Vacation pay Depending on your route mix, flexibility, availability and willingness to take regional and occasional long-haul assignments, total annual earnings can typically range from $60,000 to $85,000. Drivers who are more flexible and available for regional and long-haul work have greater opportunities to maximize their annual earnings.
