We do not sell or stock cannabis. https://spacegrapes.io Role: Marketplace Coordinator Rates: CA$18.00 – CA$20.00 per hour Location: Hybrid, Winnipeg, MB Structure: Part-time, 15–25 hours per week, 1 opening We have an opening for a part-time Marketplace Coordinator. This is a hybrid role in Winnipeg. You will be given a checklist and directed on which driver files and store correspondence to work through. The work is document review, email, and keeping records current. You will also keep an eye on store and driver activity in the city and flag issues early. Key Responsibilities - Review driver documents against the checklist provided, including a driver’s licence, auto insurance, and the provincial certificate. - Handle personal documents with care and keep that information confidential. - Follow up when a file is incomplete and keep a clear record of what remains outstanding. - Correspond with stores and drivers in a professional manner and keep that correspondence current.
- Maintain an accurate active driver list. - Monitor issues that affect day-to-day marketplace operations in Winnipeg and raise them promptly. - Complete assigned work from the checklist and written direction provided. Required Qualifications - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. - Strong communication skills, written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. - A valuable eye for local market activity, including store and driver operations. - Comfortable following a checklist and working independently. - Able to handle personal documents discreetly. - Cannabis retail experience is not required. Preferred Qualifications - Winnipeg-based candidates are preferred. - Experience with document review, administration, or operations coordination is considered an asset. - Experience keeping lists or trackers current is considered an asset. - Experience corresponding with stores, drivers, or customers is considered an asset.
