Role: DB2 DBA Duration: 12 Months Contract Location: Mississauga, ON --- HYBRID This is a HYBRID Role - 2 days a week onsite. The candidates Must be located in Toronto / GTA. Seniority Level - 8-10 Years (Senior) Required Skills: IBM Db2 & Oracle Administration: Installation Configuration Backup and Recovery Performance tuning Security Patching Upgrades Monitoring troubleshooting RMAN backup and recovery Data Guard or equivalent Other technical requirements: Scripting & Automation - Python, PowerShell, Bash, and/or Ansible. CI/CD tooling Linux and Windows administration, TCP/IP networking, DNS, load balancing, certificates, storage, and distributed-system concepts.

Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift and database deployment patterns using Helm charts and Operators.
