Seeking an experienced DB2 Architect to design and manage DB2 database architecture, assess existing environments, and lead database migration and modernization from on-premises platforms to Azure or AWS.

Required Skills

IBM DB2 Database Architecture and Administration

DB2 Performance Tuning, SQL Optimization, and Troubleshooting

High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HADR, Backup and Recovery)

Cloud Migration and Modernization (Azure/AWS)

Database Assessment, Migration Planning, and Execution

Azure SQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, and Aurora

Database Automation and CI/CD using Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, or Python

Architecture Design, Technical Documentation, and Stakeholder Collaboration
