As Business Development Manager, you will grow opportunities across Canada’s defence, security, and space sectors. You will engage DND, CAF, CSA, prime contractors, government, and industry partners. Success requires prospect management, proposal development, partnership building, and understanding customer priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships across defence, space, government, and industry

Advance opportunities through proposals, negotiation, and contract award

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, technology, or related field

Minimum five years’ combined relevant experience

Strong interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Eligibility for Government of Canada and NATO Secret clearances
