About us

We're an established, fast-growing specialty contractor in Metro Vancouver with a full pipeline of projects and plenty of work ahead. Builders, developers and property managers bring us in to finish their buildings right: we take their repair and deficiency lists and get them done. We're small enough that your work gets noticed, and growing fast enough that there's room to move up.

What you'll do

- Touch-up and repair painting on walls, ceilings, doors and trim
- Caulking and sealant work, interior and exterior
- Drywall repair: patching, taping, mudding and sanding
- General handyman and carpentry repairs: doors, hardware, trim and minor flooring
- Work through repair lists on active construction sites and in occupied buildings
- Learn specialty restoration work on glass and metal finishes
- Photo-document your work and complete daily timesheets
- Represent us professionally in front of clients, residents and site supervisors

What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience, including work on active construction sites
- Hands-on experience in painting, caulking, drywall and general repairs
- Valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle to get to job sites (required)
- A sharp eye for detail.



Our work is inspected up close.
- Reliable, on time, and comfortable working on your own or with a small crew
- Your own basic hand tools
- WHMIS, fall protection or first aid tickets (an asset)

What we offer
- $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience

Schedule Monday to Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Overtime is available but never required. If you want to earn more, we'll offer you the extra hours and you choose whether to take them.
