Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies that deliver short
- and long-term business valueLead end-to-end sourcing initiatives: RFXs, competitive bids, supplier evaluations, negotiations and business reviewsLead supplier negotiations and, with Legal, develop and review commercial agreements covering risk allocation, cost, service expectations and supplier accountabilityProvide market, supplier and commercial insights that shape business decisions and business casesManage supplier relationships, performance and contract compliance for critical suppliersPartner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and cost managementMaintain your sourcing pipeline, track results and report on realized savings and valueIntegrate ESG considerations into sourcing strategies and supplier decisionsCoach stakeholders on procurement best practices and help evolve our sourcing tools and processesQualifications 3–5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or a related commercial field, ideally in a large,
