Our Technical Manager position focuses on leading the implementation life cycle for cloud-based enterprise systems. Responsibilities include planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support, often in collaboration with Huron and client teams. Ideal candidates are highly capable team players with strong project management, design documentation, end-user training, business process modification, and testing skills. 6-10 years of experience as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations. 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership. Must have experience managing a team. Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems, providing appropriate technical recommendations aligned with business needs.



Implement current Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIBs. Manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements. Comfortable interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project need. Deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions. Experience coaching and leading technical staff members. Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Willingness to travel. 130,000
- $160,000 (CAD). With annual incentive compensation, total compensation can reach $156,000
