As a Director-level Regulatory and Legal Entity Reporting Controller, you will support Canadian member firm entities and their CIRO filings. The position requires knowledge of broker-dealer products, legal entity structures, regulatory disclosures, and control frameworks. You will also contribute to audits, regulatory changes, and reporting improvements.

Deliver end-to-end regulatory reporting for Canadian member firm entitiesMaintain supporting schedules, reconciliations, and regulatory disclosuresIdentify emerging risks and develop mitigation strategiesCoordinate audit evidence,
