Langdon Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Administrator / Treatment Coordinator to join our long-term team in Langdon, Alberta. If you love helping patients and want to be home for dinner, we'd love to hear from you.

Proudly privately owned since 2006, we're a patient-centred, fully digital clinic. In this role, you'll be a trusted guide for our patients, helping them understand their treatment options, feel confident in their care, and move smoothly from first visit to final appointment.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE YOU CAN COUNT ON

- Monday and Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM- Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Saturday: just one per month, with the rest of your weekends free

WHAT MAKES OUR PRACTICE INTERESTING No two days look the same. You'll coordinate care for patients of all ages across a wide range of services:




- Family and preventive care: exams, cleanings, children's dentistry, and same-day emergencies
- Restorative care: biomimetic dentistry and same-day CEREC crowns
- Implants and surgery: dental implants, All-on-4s, wisdom teeth, and IV sedation
- Orthodontics: Invisalign, Damon braces, and Myobrace
- Airway and TMJ: sleep apnea treatment, tongue-tie treatment, myofunctional therapy, and TMJ care
- Cosmetic care: veneers, whitening, smile makeovers, and Botox

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Dental administration experience
- Treatment coordination experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills- A warm, patient-first approach
- ClearDent experience (an asset)
- RDA II certification (an asset, not required)
